摘 要:目的:探讨中医"肺应秋"与大鼠肺脏第二信使cAMP、cGMP的相关性。方法:采用松果腺摘除动物模型,用ELISA检测四季大鼠肺组织cAMP、cGMP的含量。结果:(1)正常组肺脏中cAMP四季中夏季高于秋季(P<0.05);伪手术组之间均无明显差异;手术组冬季低于春季(P<0.05)、夏季(P<0.01),也低于正常组的冬季(P<0.05)。(2)正常组肺脏中cGMP四季中秋季高于春季(P<0.01);伪手术组秋季高于冬季(P<0.05),冬季低于正常组(P<0.05);手术组夏季高于春季(P<0.01)、冬季(P<0.05),手术组春季低于伪手术组(P<0.05),冬季低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:(1)肺组织cAMP含量参数依次为:夏>春>冬>秋,cGMP含量参数依次为:春<夏<冬<秋的"肺应秋"剂量相关关系。大鼠秋季肺组织cAMP含量低,cGMP含量高,这可能是"肺应秋"的生理学机制之一。(2)大鼠肺脏cAMP、cGMP含量的季节节律性可能与褪黑素节律性调节有关。Objective : To investigate the relationship between the theory of TCM Lung corresponding with autumn and the second messenger, cAMP and cGMP, in rats'lungs. Method: Wistar rats were operated by pinealectomy to make animal models. Then cAMP and cGMP in rats'lungs were detected with ELISA in four seasons. Result : ①The level of cGMP in normal group was obviously higher in summer than in autumn (P 〈 0.05 ). But there was no remarkable difference between normal group and pseudo-operation group. It was lower in operation group in winter than in spring ( P 〈 0.05 ), summer ( P 〈 0.01 ) and in normal group in winter ( P 〈 0.05 ). ②The level of cGMP in normal group was higher in autumn than in spring (P 〈 0.01 ). That in pseudo-operation group was higher in autumn than in winter (P 〈 0.05 ), and lower in winter than normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ). That in operation group was higher in summer than in spring ( P 〈 0.01 ) and winter ( P 〈 0.05 ). And that in operation group in spring was lower than in pseudo-operation group (P 〈 0.05 ) Conclusion: ①Dosage correlativity to the theory of TCM lung , lower in winter than in normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ). corresponding with autumn is as follows. The content of cAMP in lung is in order of summer 〉 spring 〉 winter 〉 autumn, and the content of cGMP is in order of spring 〈 summer 〈 winter 〈 autumn, cAMP in rats lung in autumn is low, but cGMP is high. This may be one of physiological mechanisms of TCM lung corresponding with autumn. ②The seasonal rhythmicity of cAMP and cGMP in rat lung is related to the seasonal changes of melatonin.
