摘  要:目的研究9q33~34区域8个单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)与汉族人银屑病易感性的关系。方法结合本课题组银屑病易感基因的全基因组关联分析数据,应用Sequen-om Mass Array质谱阵列技术对9q33~34区域8个SNPs进行基因分型(1103例银屑病患者和1104例正常对照),用Plink1.03软件对数据资料进行统计分析。结果8个SNPs的等位基因频率在病例组和对照组之间的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论9q33~34区域8个SNPs与汉族人银屑病易感性不相关。Objective To study the relationship between eight single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)in 9q33 N 34 and psoriasis susceptibility in Chinese Han population. Methods Based on the results of genome wide association study on psoriasis which were performed by our team, we used Sequenom MassArray system to genotype eight SNPs in 9q33 - 34 in 1 103 cases of psoriasis and 1 104 controls . Statistical analysis was performed by the Plinkl. 03 software. Results There were no significant differences in allele frequencies of eight SNPs in 9q33 N 34 between cases and controls (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion It suggests that eight SNPs in 9q33-34 do not relate to psoriasis susceptibility in Chinese Han population.
