摘  要:目的研究FCGR2A基因多态性与汉族人系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)易感性的相关性。方法利用Illumina 610-Quad芯片在590例SLE患者和1135例正常对照中进行全基因组关联分析,选取芯片上覆盖FCGR2A基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分型数据,用Plink1.03软件进行统计分析。结果FCGR2A基因上分型成功的5个SNPs(rs1801274、rs4657039、rs6696854、rs10800309和rs511278)等位基因频率在病例组和对照组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FCGR2A基因多态性可能与汉族人SLE易感性无关联。Objective To study the association between polymorphism of FCGR2A gene and systemic lupus erythematosus susceptibility in Chinese Han population. Methods The single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) were genotyped by the Illumina 610-Quad BeadChips in 590 cases and 1 135 controls, then we selected genotyping data of 5 SNPs which on FCGR2A gene. The association analyses were performed by Plink 1.03 software. Results It showed that the differences of 5 SNPs of rs1801274, rs4657039, rs6696854, rs10800309 and rs511278 on FCGR2A gene between cases and controls were not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that the polymorphism of FCGR2A gene has no association with the susceptibility of SLE in Chinese Han population.
