Qualitative Analysis of Brighteners for Nickel Electroplating by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Combined with Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘  要:为了识别电镀光亮剂中的未知成分及其作用,建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)-质谱(MS)定性分析电镀镍主光亮剂成分的方法。以水∶甲醇=98∶2(体积比)为流动相,用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(5μm250.0mm×4.6mm)进行分离,然后用MS/MS对分离峰进行一级和二级质谱分析。结果表明:本法能够定性分析镀镍主光亮剂中的有效成分。测出某进口光亮剂中的未知成分为吡啶鎓丙烷磺基内盐(PPS)和丙炔醇乙氧基化合物(PME)二聚体2种化合物。A method for quali-tative analysis of the components of brighteners for nickel electro-plating was established by combining high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The brighteners for nickel electroplating were separated by HPLC with a Hypersil BDS C18 column and a mobile phase of water-methanol(volume ratio 98 :2).And the structure and components of the brighteners were then analyzed by HPLC-MS.Using the established method,the components of an exported brightener for Ni electroplating were qualitatively determined to be internal salt of pyridinium propane sulfonate(PPS)and dimmer of propiolic alcohol ethoxylate(PAE).
