摘　　要：提出一种新的基于分块SVD的图像水印算法,水印图像为二值图像,用混沌加密算法对水印加密后嵌入到载体图像的平滑块中;算法有较强的抗几何攻击能力,同时对剪切、压缩、滤波等攻击也有较强的鲁棒性。Proposes a watermarking algorithm based on block SVD, the embedded watermark is encrypted by chaos algorithm, and embed into smooth block of the image. The algorithm has very strong robustness for some geometrical attacks, compression, filtering and cropping.
