摘　　要：[目的]观察养胃抗瘤冲剂对实验性手术后小鼠前胃癌局部复发和转移的作用。[方法]以小鼠前胃癌高转移肿瘤模型为对象,用养胃抗瘤冲剂进行实验性治疗,与化疗组和对照组抑瘤率和抑制转移率进行对比观察。[结果]养胃抗瘤冲剂对局部肿瘤复发抑制率为68.07%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对淋巴结转移抑制率和肺转移抑制率分别为16.67%和33.33%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。[结论]养胃抗瘤冲剂对实验性手术后小鼠胃癌局部复发及术后转移有显著的抑制作用。[Objective]To study the effects of Yangwei Kangliu granules（YWKL） on the local recurrence and metastasis of tumor after surgical operation. [Methods]Highly metastatic routine with carcinoma of fore-stomach （FC） was adopted as animal model. The mice were divided into YWKL group, chemotherapy group and control group. The inhibition of local tumor recurrence and metastasis were observed. [Results]The inhibition rates of the YWKL for local recurrent tumor and metastasis were 68. 07%. And the lung metastased suppression rate and lymph node metastased suppression rate were 16.67% and 33.33% respectively. [Conelusion]YWKL were effective for local recurrence and metastasis of tumor after resection of primary tumor.
