摘　　要：随着国际产业分工的不断深化,以跨国公司FDI集群为特征的区域经济增长方式在促进我国区域经济发展中逐渐显示出其重要性。分析了全球竞争条件下跨国公司FDI参与的集群分类,以及FDI生产型知识集群的特征及其对我国经济发展可能隐藏的风险表现,指出我国现阶段FDI集群发展的任务不应是继续打造单纯追求低成本的集群,而是应该转变引资战略,孵育创新型集群,并探讨了集群升级的路径。With the deepening of international labor division, the regional economic growth pattern characterized by clusters of multinational corporations＇ FDI has gradually shown its importance on promoting Chinese regional economic development. This paper analyzes the practical effects caused by productive knowledge clusters of multinational corporations＇ FDI. Further, it suggests that the task of cluster development at this stage is not to continue to pursuit building low-cost clusters, but to change investment strategies and to foster innovative clusters. This paper also explores paths of cluster upgrading.
