摘　　要：目的:探讨那特真联合结膜遮盖术治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效.方法:全部病例均先采用那特真滴眼液点眼,对重症角膜溃疡的患者联合结膜瓣遮盖术治疗.结果:21例患者角膜溃疡完全愈合.结论:那特真对真菌性角膜炎有较好的疗效,重症角膜溃疡的患者尽早联合结膜瓣遮盖术,可明显提高治愈率.Objective：To study the curative effect of Natacyn combined with conjunctival flap covering cornea treating fungal keratitis.Methods：All cases were treated with Natacyn eyedrops firstly,and the severe patients were treated with conjunctival flap covering cornea jointly.Results：The corneal ulcer of 21 patients was cured completely.Conclusion： Natacyn will be an effective agent in treatment of fungal keratitis.Severe patients should be jointly treated with conjunctival flap covering cornea to increase cure rate.
