自制生肌膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的临床与实验观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制生肌膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的疗效,并通过动物实验,观察其毒性、皮肤刺激性和过敏性反应。方法将60例剥脱性唇炎患者按2:1的比例随机分为治疗组40例和对照组20例,治疗组用自制生肌膏,对照组用丁酸氢化可的松软膏,均外用3周后观察临床疗效。选皮肤正常及破损的家兔各20只,均分为5组,观察自制生肌膏的皮肤急性毒性反应;家兔8只分为2组,观察自制生肌膏对家兔完整及破损皮肤的刺激反应;豚鼠42只分为3组,观察自制生肌膏的皮肤过敏反应;NIH小鼠30只分为2组,观察自制生肌膏对NIH小鼠口服急性毒性实验。结果治疗组有效率为60.00%;对照组有效率为40.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自制生肌膏对家兔完整及破损皮肤无任何急性毒性反应,未出现明显刺激反应,豚鼠皮肤也未见过敏反应,口服生肌膏对NIH小鼠无急性毒性反应。结论生肌膏治疗剥脱性唇炎安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of granulation promoting plaster on treating exfoliative cheilitis, and to explore its toxicity and side-effects in the animals through pharmacological experiments. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases, administered with granulation promoting plaster for 3 weeks） and the control group （20 cases, administered with hydrocortisone butyrate lipocream for 3 weeks）. An experiment was set up on fillip, toxicity, hypersusceptibility of skin and acute toxicity after oral administration of the drug. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 60.00%. In the control group, the total effective rate was 40.00%. There was no staitistical difference between the treatment group and the control group, granulation promoting plaster didnt show toxicity and side-effects by external use or taking orally in the short term. Conclusion Granulation promoting plaster is safe and effective in treating exfoliative cheilitis.
