摘 要:综合考虑科技成果初始价值、推广率、已推广的申请专利后的成果推广率、科技成果效益的保有率等影响因素,建立了高校科技成果推广管理模型。模型的应用分析表明,随上述各因素分别取相应的值时,高校科技成果推广管理模型呈现稳定的不动点、极限环、拟周期吸引子和混沌吸引子所对应的4种类型状态空间。当未推广的高校科技成果价值为不动点时,可实现高校科技成果推广率为100%;当将科技成果推广域变量调整到稳定的均衡状态附近时,可避免高校科技成果推广管理系统出现的混沌状态所带来的负面影响。A generalization management model of scientific and technological achievements in universities is established considering some influence factors such as preliminary price and generalization rate of scientific and technological achievements, generalization rate of the achievements from the gen- eralized patents and remaining benefit of science and technology achievements. The application and analysis results of model reveal that the generalization management model evolves in four sorts of state spaces such as fixed point, limit cycle, quasi-periodic attractor or chaos attractor when above influence factors possess different values respectively. When un-generalization price of the achievements of science and technology is fixed-point, 100 percent of of the achievements can be realized. Negative influences from chaos state in the generalization management system of scientific and technological achievements i.n universities can be avoided when the generalization variable are adjusted round the equilibrium point.
