摘　　要：循证护理是近年来受循证医学思想影响而产生的一种新的护理观念,是一种依据科学研究成果为基础的新型决策方法。作为继续教育的成人高等护理教育必须顺应这一趋势,及时更新教育观念,在教学过程中及时引入循证护理理念来弥补传统护理继续教育的不足,全面提高成人高等护理教育教学质量,推动传统经验护理模式向循证护理模式转变,以推动我国护理学科的发展。Evidence - based nursing is a new concept of nursing produced by the influence of evidence - based medicine in recent years. It is also a new nursing care model that based on successes of scientific research. High adult nursing education as an adult continuing education must adapt to this trend and update educational concepts in time. To introduce evidence - based nursing concept timely for complementing the lack of traditional nursing continuing education in teaching process, to enhance the teaching quality of high adult nursing education generally,and to promote the conversion from the traditional experience of nursing model to evidence - based nursing model, so as to promote the development of nursing subject in China.
