摘　　要：荧光粉的技术进步在ＴＦＥＬ器件的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。本文分门别类地对各种ＴＦＥＬ用荧光粉作了介绍，并从它们的工艺、性能及结构等方面论述了ＴＦＥＬ用荧光粉的技术发展动态。The technical progres. of phosphors plays a key role in the development of TFEL devices. Various phosphors are described respectively in this paper. Based on the arts . performance ,structure et al , the technical develolpment of TFEL phosphors is also discussed.
