摘 要:目的分离鉴定淡竹叶中的黄酮苷成分,并研究其抑菌活性。方法采用Diaion HP-20、MCI-Gel CHP-20、Toyope-arl HW-40、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18、硅胶等柱色谱技术分离纯化淡竹叶中的黄酮苷成分,根据理化性质及波谱技术鉴定其结构;通过滤纸片法对分离所得化合物进行抑菌活性研究。结果与结论分离鉴定的4个黄酮苷化合物为荭草苷、异荭草苷、牡荆苷和异牡荆苷,对真菌、细菌均有一定的抑制作用,可为淡竹叶的进一步研发提供依据。OBJECTIVE To separate and identify glycosylflavones in Lophatherum gracile Brongn and study their antibacterial activi- ties. METHODS Sephadex LH - 20, RP - 18 and silica gel column chromatography methods were adopted. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic analysis. The antibacterial effects of the compounds were evaluated against Staphylococcus aureus by fiherpaper slice method. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Four glycosylflavones were isolated and identi- fied:orientin, homoorientin, vitexinand, isovitexin. Four compounds all have some antibacterial activities. The results will provide important evidence for the exploitation of Lophatherum gracile Brongn.
