摘  要:针对目前检测仪器灵敏度低、检测物质单一等问题,设计了可以对多种物质进行检测的QCM高精度检测仪器。该仪器利用高灵敏度QCM(石英晶体微天平)传感器,以ARM7微处理器LPC2220为核心,实现了2个频率通道、2个交流电压通道、2个温度通道的数据实时采集;实现了数据、曲线的图形化显示;实现了仪表与上位机的实时通信等。系统不仅实现了较高的精度,而且实现了测量过程的智能化。According to the problems the current instrument' s sensitivity is not very high and normally it just can test one kind of substance, a new type of QCM equipment was developed based on QCM(quartz crystal microbalance) transducer, which realized the measure of many different materials with high sensitivity. Its main features include: using LPC2220 with ARM7 kennel to achieve intelligence in testing process ; real-time data acquisition for 2 frequency channels, 2 AC voltage channels, and 2 temperature channels ; LCD display for corresponding data and figures ; real-time data communication with PC. The intelligent system realized measurement with high precision and sensitivity.
