摘 要:电动机在现代化生产中是重要的动力装置,其运行的可靠性直接影响到工业生产。热继电器保护存在保护时滞和对轻微过载与堵转保护欠佳的缺点,容易使得绕组绝缘老化造成电机损坏。本文研究了电动机首次过载时,根据其反时限保护特性曲线,利用插值法求出对应于该过载电流的动作时间;非首次过载时,考虑热积累效应,利用对称分量法求出相应的动作时间,定时器经过延时后,保护器动作。The electric motor in the modernized production is the important power unit; its movement reliability affects directly the industrial production. The thermal protection exists the shortcoming of protection time lag, the slight overload and protection unsatisfactory, it easily causes the winding insulation aging to create the electrical machinery damage. This article has studied protection characteristic curve when the electric motor overloads for the first time, according to its inverse time lag, using the interpolation extracts out current operating time. corresponds to this excess; if it is not the first time overloads, considered the hot build-up effect, extracts the corresponding operating time using the method of symmetrical components, the timer delay time gets it, the protector begins work.
