摘　　要：证明了Markov链中某状态集的生存时间和死亡时间的分布均是混合指数分布,并给出了此分布与转移速率之间的若干约束关系.利用它们证明了:对于文中的带环离子通道门控,四种情形的转移速率都能由其中两个开状态的生存时间和死亡时间分布唯一决定,并给出了相应的算法.而Wagner等指出只有一种情形是可以确定的.It is shown that the distributions of the lifetime and the death-time for a certain state set in Markov chain are the mixed exponential distribution, and the constrained equations between the distribution and transition rates are given. Based on these contrained equations, it is derived that all transition rates can be uniquely determined by the distributions of their lifetime and death-time at two open states for each type of gating schemes of ion channels with loops. As a result, the corresponding algorithm is provided. Therefore the conclusion derived by Wagner that only one of them is identifiable is overthrown.
