摘　　要：目的观察COX-2、CD44在腺样囊性癌中的表达及在肿瘤侵袭中的意义。方法收集80例腺样囊性癌病例,根据病理学诊断分为侵袭组和非侵袭组,用免疫组化SP法分别检测COX-2、CD44在腺样囊性癌组织中的表达。结果(1)COX-2、CD44在腺样囊性癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为57.5%(46/80)、75%(60/80);(2)COX-2和CD44表达在侵袭组和非侵袭组间均有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)COX-2和CD44表达相关性无统计学意义。结论COX-2、CD44表达与腺样囊性癌的侵袭有关。Objective To observe the expression COX-2,CD44 and the relationship with invasion of the tumor. Methods COX-2,CD44 expression were assayed respectively in 80 adenoid cystic carcinoma （ACC） tissue including invasion group and non-invasion group by immunohistochemical method. Results （1）The positive expression rates of COX-2 and CD44 in ACC were 57.5%（46/80）, 75%（60/80）;（2） The positive expression rates of COX-2 and CD44 in invasion group showed significant dffrences than in non-invasion group（P〈 0.05 ）; （3） No significant correlation existed between COX-2 and CD44. Conclusion The Expression of COX-2 and CD44 related to invision of ACC.
