摘　　要：本文介绍一种由六个刀片组成的丸子剪切装置,在外界驱动力的作用下,由特定的曲线定位槽引导,刀片运动组合成正六边形。当用于生产丸子的食料连续不断地从出料口流出时,该组剪切刀片进行往复运动。在剪切过程中,刀片开启形成正六边形的开口,刀片剪切食料,使食料截面在每一时刻都接近于圆形,然后各组刀片合拢,于是就完成一次剪切。刀片每经过一次开合,剪切出来丸子的形状都接近于球形,成型效果好。This article introduces a kind of the meatball shearing mechanism which is composed of six bits. The bits can form a hexagon when they make compound motion in the load condition. Their movements are guided by some specific curve locating slots. When the meatball feeds continuously flows out from the discharge hole, this group of shear blade carry on the reciprocal motion. In the cutting process, a hexagon shape is formed when they work. It cause the section of the feeds approaching circular at most of the time. The shearing mechanism will complete a cutting when the group of bits are closed. In each cutting process, the shape of the meatball cut hy this mechanism is nearly sphere. As the formation of the meatball is well complished,this kind of mechanism will be widely used.
