摘　　要：目的分析hTERTmRNA是否可以作为预测胃癌患者外周血微转移的分子生物学指标。方法RT-PCR法检测40例胃癌患者、20例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者和20例健康体检者外周血中hTERT mRNA的表达。结果hTERTmRNA在胃癌患者外周血中阳性表达率明显升高;hTERTmRNA与CEA、CA199的表达呈正相关(P<0.05);hTERTmRNA阳性表达率高于CA199(P<0.05)。结论RT-PCR技术检测外周血hTERTmRNA表达可作为胃癌患者外周血微转移的预测指标。Objective To analyze whether hTERT mRNA can be used as molecular biological marker of predicting micrometastasis in peripheral blood of patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods Peripheral blood of 40 patients with gastric carcinoma, 20 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and 20 healthy cases were detected by RT - PCR technique. Results Comparing the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and healthy people, the positive expression rate of hTERT mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with gastric carcinoma was significantly increased; the positive expression rate of hTERT mRNA was positively correlated with the expression of CEA and CA199 （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The positive expression rate of hTERT mRNA was higher than that of CA199 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclution The expression of hTERT mRNA detected by RT - PCR technique can be used as predictive marker for diagnosing micrometastasis in peripheral blood of patients with gastric carcinoma.
