摘  要:目的:研究红景天胶囊的抗应激作用。方法:将小鼠按体重随机分为三个组,即对照组、红景天胶囊高剂量组(1.0g/kgbw)和红景天胶囊低剂量组(0.5g/kgbw)。小鼠每天灌胃给药0.1ml/10g,连续30d后,测定小鼠常压缺氧耐受时间、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间、血红蛋白含量和对高、低温的耐受时间。结果:实验组小鼠较对照组小鼠耐缺氧时间显著延长,血红蛋白含量较相同条件下对照组小鼠含量显著增高。结论:红景天胶囊具有提高小鼠抗应激的能力。The antistress properties of Rhodiola capsule were investigated in Kunming mice exposed to various experimental models of stress. Mice were randomly divided into a control group without administration of Rhodiola solution and two experimental groups once a day administered with Rhodiola solution at the dose of 1.0 g/kg bw and 0.5 g/kg bw by ig route for 30 days. The normobaric hypoxia, cold and heat endurance, hemoglobin (Hb) content of blood and survival time after ip NaNO2 administration were measured. Rhodiola treatments at both the doses were able to provide good protection against stress induced by hypoxia and high or low temperature when compared to the untreated mice. The normobaric hypoxia, cold and heat endurance time, survival time after NaNO2 poisoning were significantly extended and the Hb conctent was markedly higher than that of the control mice.
