摘　　要：运用非对称博弈理论对民间资本投资教育过程中出资方与办学方之间就产权分配、投资额度协商和办学方的努力等问题进行了研究,发现若双方对产出的贡献不同时,由贡献小的一方安排产权,则会导致低效率,而由博弈理论求解的均衡解能够有效解决这一问题,提高资源配置效率。By using the asymmetric game theory, this paper analyzes some problems occurring in the investment of the civilian capital into the education such as the distribution of property right between the inventor and the school, the negotiation of the investment quota, and the efforts of the school, etc., and finds that the low efficiency will be caused by that if the distribution is determined by the side with less contribution when contributions of the two sides are different, and the equilibrium solution got from the game theory can solve the problem effectively and the resource allocation efficiency can be increased.
