摘　　要：本文研究了企业实施ERP过程管理模型。分析了我国企业ERP实施成功率不高的原因和现有ERP实施管理模型的不足,在此基础上,对企业ERP实施特点进行了需求分析,根据项目管理和企业信息化等理论提出了基于用户为主导的ERP实施管理模型。该ERP实施管理模型包括了整体规划和分步实施两大部分,每部分分为若干小步,每步都强调了用户在实施过程中的主导地位以提高实施效果。模型的实际运用效果表明模型能够有效解决实施中存在的问题,对于当前企业实施ERP具有指导意义。ERP implementation management model is discussed in this paper. Firstly, After the causes for the low rate of ERP implementation and problem of ERP implementation management model are analyzed, the characteristics of ERP implementation for enterprise is also given. Then, the enterprise oriented ERP implementation process management model is presented based on Project Management and Enterprise Informatization Implementation Theory. The model consists of tow components, each of which has some sub-objects and focus on improving the economic performance and gain competitive advantages for enterprise Finally, a apply is shown the ERP implementing reference model and methodology can possess some actual significance for ERP implementation.
