摘　　要：重视职业道德教育,是黄炎培职业教育思想的重要组成部分。他对职业道德教育要旨、实施途径与方法进行了长期探索,并继承、吸取我国传统德育方法的长处和西方现代德育思想的精华,把职业道德教育的基本要求提炼为"敬业乐群",强调离开职业道德的培养,职业教育就会失去方向。这在当时的历史条件下产生了重要的影响,而在大力发展职业教育的今天,仍然有许多值得借鉴的地方。Stressing professional ethic education is an important part of HUANGYanpei＇s professional education thought. He made long-term exploration on its essence and practicing method, inherited the strength of our traditional moral education and accepted the essence of modern western moral education. He pointed out that the essence of professional ethic education was ＂professional conduct and teamwork capability＂, and the professional education would be at a loss without professional ethic training. His opinion had great influence at that time and there are still many thin^s worth our learnine today.
