微波局部加热治疗口腔颌面部癌60例

摘　　要：报道了用微波局部加热或微波加热联合化疗法，治疗口腔颌面部癌６０例的情况，治疗效果良好．其中，肿瘤完全缓解３４例，占５６．７％；部分缓解２１例，占３５％；无效５例，占８．３％．总有效率９１．７％．在治疗过程中，无１例病情恶化，无造血功能障碍及远处转移．介绍了治疗方法、治疗时间及治疗温度．探讨了微波加热联合化疗的治癌机理．From　Nov.1985　to　Apr.1990,60　malignant　tumor　patients　in　oral　and　maxill　of acial　region　were　treated　by　　microwave　local　hyperthermia,　or　microwave　heating　combined　with　chemotherapy.　Among　them,44　are　male　and　16　femal.　Their　ages　range　from　2.5　to　87　years.　34　cases　were cancer　of　lip,11　cases　were　cancer　of　cheek,the　other　15　cases　were　cancers located　in　the　tongue,　maxilla,　gum,　larynx　and　parotid glande.　Local　response　of　the　60 cases　was　evaluated　at　the　end　of　one　course.　All　the　cases　obtained　good　results.34　cases　of　them　were　regarded　as　of　complete　remission　(56.7%),　21　cases　of　partial　remission　(35%),　and　5　cases　were　persistent　but　the　　symptoms　　have　beem　much　improved.　Its　　efficacy　rate　is　91.7%.
