捐赠文化缺失的社会环境创生

摘　　要：慈善事业的发展需要捐赠文化及其社会环境,但由于多种原因致使我国捐赠文化严重缺失。我们可以通过整合国内外优秀文化资源,逐渐培育捐赠文化生态;强化公众教育,形成全民慈善捐赠理念;完善企业文化内涵,增强企业社会责任感;正确评价和引导社会捐赠理念和行为等多条渠道或多种方式创生捐赠文化的社会环境,以大力促进我国慈善事业的发展,推进和谐社会的构建。Charity can never develop without donation culture and its social setting. However, the denotion culture is seriously absent due to various reasons. In order to strongly promote the charity in our country and construction of our harmonious society, this paper suggests integrating excellent foreign and domestic cultures so as to cultivate ecology of donation culture; intensifying public education so as to form the idea of the whole nation＇s charitable donation; perfecting the cultural connotations of the enterprise so as to strengthen its social responsibility; appraising and leading correctly social donation; trying different means to create the social setting of donation culture.
