摘　　要：本文在国内外研究基础上,根据我国高新技术产业的特点,深入分析了影响我国高新技术产业竞争力的主要因素,利用我国广东等11个有代表性的省市2006年相关数据建立了符合我国高新技术产业发展特征的产业竞争力评价指标体系和评价指数模型,同时利用该指标体系和评价指数模型对广东省高新技术产业竞争力进行了动态综合评价,并对存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议。On the basis of existing research both at home and abroad, the paper analysed all kinds of factors to affect high -tech industry’ competitiveness. Making use of these data of 11 district s such as Guangdong province, we established the index system and models about competitiveness evaluation of high-tech industry to accord with our country’s industry properties. At last, we do the dynamic evaluation about competitiveness of High -tech industry at Guangdong province based on the index system and models and put forward some proposal.
