发展中国家集群企业的合作实践及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：产业集群是一种有效的经济空间组织形式,但产业集群的竞争优势会受到集群外在环境因素的影响。发展中国家的一些产业集群在其发展过程中曾经由于外部原因而陷入暂时的困境,集群企业之间以及集群企业与中介机构之间以从前没用过的密切合作行为克服了危机并实现了集群的升级,使集群重回发展轨道。这些集群的合作实践为我国集群企业应对目前的经济危机提供了有益的启示。Industrial cluster is an effective form of economic organizations, and the competitive advantage of which effected by the external surroundings. Some industrial clusters in the developing countries had sunk into a difficult position because of some external reasons, but they extricated themselves from the crises and promoted the upgrading of the clusters successfully and came back to the developing track by cooperation among the firms and the intermediate agencies. The cooperation gives us some revelations about current economic crises of industrial clusters in China.
