摘 要:以正己烷为溶剂,聚乙二醇2 000(PEG 2 000)为相转移催化剂,无水碳酸钾为碱剂,丙二酸二甲酯和丙烯腈为原料,用迈克尔加成反应制备多元羧酸DEMN.采用正交实验,研究了多元羧酸DEMN的合成工艺.结果表明,迈克尔加成反应的最佳合成条件:无水碳酸钾用量为0.02 mol;PEG 2 000用量为0.5 g;n(丙二酸二甲酯)∶n(丙烯腈)=1∶2.2;70℃反应6 h.用X-单晶衍射确定了迈克尔加成中间体的晶体结构.应用试验表明,用DEMN处理后棉织物的急弹折皱回复角为157°,缓弹折皱回复角达205°;白度值由处理前的99.87降到94.72;强力保留率为80.8%.表明DEMN可以作为抗皱整理剂应用于棉织物的免烫整理过程中.Polycarboxylic acid DEMN was synthesized by Micheal addition reaction using n-hexane as the solvent, polyethylene glycol 2 000 (PEG 2 000) as the phase transfer catalyst, anhydrous potassium carbonate as base, dimethyl malonate and acrylonitrile as raw materials. The synthesized technic of polycarboxylic acid DEMN was studied by the orthogonal experiments. The results showed the optimal conditions of Micheal addition were 0.02 mol potassium carbonate, 0.5 g PEG 2 000, the material ratio (tool ratio of dimethyl malonate to acrylonitrile) was 1:2.2, and reacting 6 h at 70 ℃. The Micheal addition compound was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction to confirm the crystal structure of the intermediate. The application experiments showed that the ur- gent wrinkle recovery angle of DEMN treated cotton fabric was 157°, the slow wrinkle recovery angle was 205°, the whiteness decreased from 99.87 to 94.72 after finishing and the breaking strength retention was 80.8%. The results indicated that polycarboxylic acid DEMN had a prospective application in cotton wrinkle resistant finish.
