摘 要:用三拼色小样的三刺激值(C、M、Y值)与3种单色染料分别染制小样后得到的C、M、Y值之间的关系,建立了一个目标函数模型.探讨了单色染料质量浓度与其C、M、Y值的关系;研究了在保证目标函数模型取得最小值的情况下,各配色系数的取值;分析了参与拼色的3种染料质量浓度与配色系数之间的关系.实验结果表明:用建立数学模型的方法对配色染料的质量浓度问题进行求解是可行的,并为织物染色的计算机配色提出了一个新途径.An object function model was constructed through searching the relationship between tristimulus values (C,M,Y) of the sample made by the mixture of three kinds of dyestuffs and C,M,Y of the sample separately dyed by three single dyestuffs. The relation of concentration of single dyestuff and its C,M,Y value was discussed, and the values of the matching coefficients on the basis of obtaining the minimal value of the object function model was investigated. And then the connection of concentrations of mixed dyestuffs and matching coefficient was analyzed. The result of the experiment indicated that the method of mathematics modeling was feasible to solve the mass concentration of the three kinds of dyestuffs, which would lead a new approach to computer color matching for textile dyeing.
