摘 要:用生长速率法测定了4d后7种新型杀菌药剂的0.625—10g/L五个浓度梯度对哈密瓜蔓枯病病原菌(Mycospharella melonis)的抑制作用。生物药剂ZH的抑制作用最强,对新疆哈密瓜蔓枯病病菌中浓度10~1.25g/L的抑制率均为100%,测试中最低浓度0.625g/L抑制率达89.85%,其次为扑海因,两种药剂在浓度为10—2.5g/L的抑制率均在90%以上。各药剂高浓度时,哈密瓜蔓枯病病原菌对7种药剂均表现出较高的敏感性。采用spss数据处理,7种杀菌剂有效成分EC50的大小顺序依次为:甲基托布津〉秀苗〉多菌灵〉翠贝〉绿本色〉生物制剂〉扑海因。其中甲基托布津最高为2.507μg/mL,扑海因最低0.054μg/mL。This study was designed to measure the inhibition effect of 5 kinds of concentrations of 7 new fungicides with 0. 625 - 10 g/L on Mycospharella melonis by growth speed rate.The results indicated that the inhibition effect of biological fungicide ZH was the strongest, whose inhibition rate with middle concentration 10 - 1. 25 g/L on Mycospharella meionis was 100%. In the test, the inhibition rate with the lowest concentration 0. 625 g/ L reached 89.85% and followed by Puhaiyin. The inhibition rate of both fungicides reached over 90% when their concentration was 10 - 25 g/L. Mycospharella melonis pathogen were in high concentration. Based on the spss data, the proper order of the effective element ECs0 of the 7 kinds of fungicides were as follows: Thipanale Methyl 〉 Xiumiso 〉 Carben dazim 〉 Kresoxim methyl 〉 Fenarimol 〉 ZH 〉 Rovra, among which Thiphanate Methyl 2.507 μg/ mL was the highest one, the lowest was Rovral.
