摘　　要：利用网络信息技术和现代化教育手段实现教育资源共享和管理自动化是大多数高校正在研究的课题.基于网络的高校校务管理办公自动化平台是高校校务办公的发展方向,是电子政务的一个重要组成部分.分析了基于校园网的校务管理办公自动化平台设计思路,阐述了该系统的功能设计与具体实现过程,并提出了保证系统平台正常运转的安全方案.It is the research topic of most universities to study how to use the network information technology and the modernized education method to realize education resources sharing and management automation. This paper analyzes the method for developing OAS of school management basing on compus network. The design redization and is described in detail. The security solution to ensure the system running is given.
