摘 要:针对长航时小型无人飞行器燃油消耗量大的特点,在指定航时并保证等高度等速度飞行的情况下,建立了活塞式螺旋桨发动机最小燃油消耗的数学模型;考虑几何外形及气动、结构、质量等之间的耦合关系,以飞行器初始质量最小为优化目标,基于多学科集成优化平台ModelCenter,利用遗传算法实现了飞行器总体参数的优化设计.算例结果表明,所建模型和采用的方法,对高燃油质量系数小型无人飞行器燃油计算及多学科设计优化有一定参考价值.For long endurance small unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) engines that expend large amount of fuel and in cases of specified length of flight at invariable altitudes and velocity, a math model of piston engine fuel consumption is set up. Considering the coupling interaction among geometry, aerodynamic structure and weight, the initial gross weight of UAV is set for the optimization objective. Based on the multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) platform ModelCenter, and use the genetic algorithm to carry on the parameters optimization design. The calculation result indicates that the system optimization model is reasonable and effective. It gives a reference to fuel calculation for small UAV of the long endurance and high fuel coefficient and to MDO.
