摘 要:利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立长虹SF21366型电视机结构的参数化模型,对该结构的谐响应计算分析发现:电视机壳体结构的频率大多数落在道路能量最集中的080Hz频段,运输中易产生共振损坏。实现对该型电视机壳体结构的局部改进;并对比分析改进前后壳体动态特性参数,证实改进后的壳体结构动态特性优良。为该型电视机降噪设计和控制振动破坏提供理论依据。Using finite element software ANSYS, the parameterized finite element model of Chang Hong SF21366 TV is established, and the first ten order frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the TV chassis are obtained. According to the curve of frequency spectrum of China's logistic transportation and the analysis of harmonic response, it is found that most of the frequencies of TV shell structure are within the interval of 0 - 80 Hz where the vibration energy due to the roughness of roads is quite large. In that condition, the TV chassis can be easily damaged. In this paper, some improvement of the TV chassis structure is made. Comparing with the dynamic features of the TV chassis before and after the improvement, it is shown that the improved TV chassis has better dynamic features. The study provides theoretical basis for noise reduction design and vibration control of this type of TV chassis.
