摘　　要：高校人才队伍建设必须坚持以人为本,坚持全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观。必须以科学发展观为指导,制定切实可行的高层次人才队伍建设计划;统筹兼顾,协调处理好人才引进、培养和使用的关系;创新人才工作机制,加强学术团队和学术梯队建设;树立科学的人才观,营造轻松和谐的人才成长环境。Professional team construction in universities must be people-oriented, and a scientific approach to development, which is comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable, should be taken. It is necessary to make feasible plans for building the team of high-level professionals, and properly handle their bringing-in, cultivation and utilization. In addition, the mechanism of personnel work needs to innovate, the academic teams and ranks should be strengthened, and an agreeable environment be created for the growth of competent people.
