复方丹参合剂与大承气汤合用对小肠梗阻肠黏膜屏障的协同保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察大承气汤和复方丹参合剂对小肠黏膜屏障的保护作用及二者合用的效果。方法:制备不完全性肠梗阻的动物模型,观察大承气汤和复方丹参合剂及其合用时对血浆及小肠组织二胺氧化酶(DAO)浓度的影响,同时观察小肠组织形态学改变。结果:①模型组大鼠血浆中DAO浓度显著高于正常组(P<0.01),大承气汤组和合用组均可降低小肠不完全性梗阻后血浆DAO浓度(P<0.01),且合用组效果增强(P<0.01)。②模型组大鼠小肠组织DAO浓度显著低于正常组(P<0.01),大承气汤组、复方丹参合剂组和合用组均可升高小肠不完全性梗阻后小肠组织DAO浓度(P<0.01),且合用组效果增强(P<0.01)。③模型组大鼠小肠组织形态学损伤严重,各给药组的损伤不同程度地减轻。结论:复方丹参合剂与大承气汤对小肠黏膜屏障有协同保护作用。Objective： To observe the protective effect of dachengqitang mixture, fufangdanshen mixture and combination of both mixtures on intestinal mucous membrane barrier. Methods： The incomplete intestinal obstruction model came from ligating 1/2 terminal ileum of rat as model. The change of concentration of histaminase in both serum and ileum tissue and pathology were observed. Results： ① The concentration of histaminase in serum of model group was higher than that of the normal group （P〈0.01）. The concentrations of hisfaminase in dachengqitang group and the combination group were lower than that in model group （P〈0.01）. The effect of the combination group was better （P〈0.01）. ② The concentration of histaminase in intestinal tissue of model group was lower than that of the normal group （P〈0.01）. The concentrations of hisfaminase in dachengqitang group, fufangdanshen group and the combination group were higher than that of model group （P〈0.01）. The effect of the combination group was better （P〈0.01）.③ The hurt of intestinal tissue in model group was terrible, but those in dachengqitang group, fufangdanshen group and mixture and fufangdanshe combination group were decreased. Conclusion： Combination of dachengqitang n mixture have the synergetic protective effect of the intestinal barrier.
