摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的23例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的临床资料。结果:术后2年内复发8例。手术联合放疗化疗者平均生存45个月,单纯放疗或手术者平均生存18个月。结论:原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者预后差,综合治疗有利于改善患者预后。Objective： To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of primary central nervous system lymphoma. Methods： The clinical data of 23 patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 20 of 23 patients were performed by surgical treament. Recurrence happened in 8 cases two years later. Patients who were given surgery, chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy had the average survival of 45 months.The others had the average survival of 18 months. Conclusion： Patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma often have poor prognosis. Comprehensive treatment will help improve the prognosis of patients.
