摘　　要：语言的精确性是法律英语的生命和灵魂。但精确性和模糊性这一具有矛盾性的双重特性在法律英语实践中相辅相成,相得益彰。因此,应辨证分析,合理使用,以最大限度地实现法律的目的。Language accuracy is the life and soul in legal English. However, accuracy and fuzziness are contradictory in nature but exist side by side in legal English and play a part together in the legal practice, forming the dual features of legal English Therefore, Such legal language phenomena should be dialectically analyzed and used properly in order to achieve the legal purposes to the maximum.
