热分解气相色谱用于纸中各种松香施胶剂定量分析的研究

摘　　要：根据多种松香化合物及松香施胶剂的热分解谱图信息，详尽地探讨了热分解气相色谱与四甲基氢氧化铵联用方法对纸中松香类施胶剂及其成分含量的定量测定。Quantitative determination of rosin size contents and their components in paper by pyrolysisgas chromatography (PyGC) combined with tatramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) was thoroughly studied in terms of pyrograms of several rosin compounds and rosin sizes. The results indicate that the method is convenient and reliable for quantitative determination of rosinrelated sizes in paper. In addition, the problem of ester exchange of rosin esters as the function of TMAH and the condition for their determination were proposed. In the pyrolysis process with TMAH, the structure of rosin ester in neutral rosin size considerably affects the degree of ester exchange. The stabler the alkyl carbonium ion formed by esterbond cleavage, the higher the ester exchange degree was. Moreover, the retention of several commercial rosin sizes in paper at different conditions and the ratio of their components were successfully determined.
