摘  要:建立了板坯连铸一维凝固传热数学模型且采取坯龄模型实现了动态配水;对二冷水计算模型计算的动态配水和静态配水进行比较得出拉速变化时动态水量变化较缓和,从而保证铸坯表面温度不发生大的波动;进行了连续测温,结果表明:测量温度和计算温度误差保持在2%左右。The one-dimensional mathematical model of solidification and heat transfer in slab casting was developed. Dynamic secondary cooling water distribution was carried out with residence time model. In the calculation of secondary cooling water calculation model, compared with water flow in static, dynamic secondary cooling water distribution was carried out to reduce the fluctuation of water flow when the casting speed changed so that the temperature fluctuation of slab surface is not so strong. The temperature was measured continuously, the result manifested that the temperature tolerance between calculated and actual is about 2%.
