甘蔗压榨机撕解机刀专用GYSD608焊条的研究

摘　　要：根据GYSD608焊条技术性能指标要求,确定了焊条研究技术路线和焊条配方设计的基本原则,研制成功GYSD608焊条。试验结果表明,焊条具有良好的焊接工艺性能,堆焊金属硬度达到HRC60以上。与同类焊条相比,堆焊层硬度基本处于同一水平,但GYSD608焊条的耐磨性最好,性价比最高。In accord with requirement of property index of welding electrode GYSD608, the technical route and the formula design principle of the electrode development are described. Tests indicated that the developed electrode was of well performance in utilization and the hardness of the butt weld metal was above HRC 60. Comparing with the same kind to welding electrodes, the hardness of the butt weld layer is in the similar level, but GYSD608 shows better resistance to abrasion and high performance - to - price ratio.
