摘  要:应用微波辅助提取法提取黄连素的同时采用了盐析沉降法,将黄连素以盐酸盐的形式在短时间内较完全地沉淀下来.实验表明:微波功率为700W以水作提取剂,辐照3次,每次150s,提取剂分别为:V1=60ml、V2=V3=50ml,盐析剂用量为0.08~0.1ml提取效果较好.与索氏提取法和微波辅助提取法相比较能进一步缩短提取时间,提高产率并且可不用NaCl和冰.Compared with conventional methods, microwave- assisted extraction (MAE) has many advantages in many respects. Although MAE has shortened extractive time greatly in the extraction of Berberine, a common problem that Berberine Chloride's long deposition time and low precipitation coefficient still exits in conventional and new technological extractive methods. MAE is used to extract Berberine Chloride, while saltingout is adopted to make Berberine Chloride precipitate completely in less time. This experiment shows the best extraction conditions being: microwave power, 700 W; extractive time, 3 times;and 150 s for each time, extractive liquor is V1 = 60 ml, V2 = 50 ml, V3 = 50 ml, the best effect about dosage of salting - out is 0.08 - 0.10 ml. The results are better than those of the Soxhlet' s extraction and MAE, as it has shortened extractive time, improved productive rote without NaCl and ice.
