摘　　要：职业生涯规划是一项长期的系统工程,它在提升大学生就业竞争力以及引导大学生对人生目标作出理性思考和规划等方面均有不可替代的积极意义。本文从职业生涯规划对提升大学生就业力的指导作用和现实意义入手,介绍了在我国高等教育大众化、社会化进程逐步加快、大学生就业供需矛盾日益突出的新形势下,高等学校全方位、全程化地作好大学生职业生涯规划指导的实施方案和具体步骤。Career planning is a long - term system project, which plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing the employment ability of college students and leading them to consider and plan their life goals. Beginning with the guiding role and practical significance of career planning, this paper introduced the implementing scheme and concrete steps of the guidance of career planning in colleges and universities under new situation.
