摘　　要：在聚乙烯酸（ＰＶＡ）和盐酸存在下，痕量 Ａｓ（ Ｖ）抑制 Ｓｎ２＋与玫瑰茄红色素的褪色反应，由此建立了一种高灵敏度（５． ０ × １０－１２ ｇ／ｍＬ）抑制－褪色光度法测定痕量砷的方法，其测定范围０～１．２０ｕｇ／Ｌ．用于水中 Ａｓ（Ｖ）的分析，结果满意．A new highly sensitive mehtod (detection limit, 5.0× 10-12 g/mL) has been proposed for the determination of trace arsenium based on inhibiton of As(V ) in discoloring reaction between red pigment of Hibiscu Sabariffa Linn and Sn (Ⅱ) in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol in an acid medium. The regression equation is and the linear range of the determination is 0-1. 20 ug/L, This method has been applied to the determination of trace arsenium in water with satisfactory results.
