摘　　要：网络文化作为一种新的文化存在形态,它吸引无数地球人参与,年轻的大学生毫无例外地成为网络冲浪的主力军,高校德育面临前所未有的挑战。积极应对挑战,探索网络文化下的德育新发展,推进高校德育与时俱进。Intemet culture, as a new form of cultural existence form, attracted numerous people and young college students become the major surfers without exception, rlherefore the university moral education faces unprecedented challenges. We should actively meet the challenges, explore the new moral education development in the network culture and promote the university moral education with the pace of times.
