摘　　要：目前教育信息资源库的建设成为了教育工作者的关注点。阐述了教育信息资源库的概念,分析了目前教育信息资源库的建设现状,提出了教育信息资源库的建设观念和保障。At presets, the construction af the resources library about educational informtion has become the major concem of the educators. This thesis ehborates the concept of the resources library about educational information and analyses the present condition of structuring the existed resources library about educational informtion. It points out the construction idea and guarantee of the resources library about educational information
