摘　　要：高效的团队由有能力的成员组成,成员具有实现团队目标所必须的技术与能力,能有效地扮演自己的团队角色,而且相互之间彼此信任、配合,从而出色完成任务。对不同类别的企业员工的团队角色进行实证研究,通过对数据的分析,得出团队角色的一般性规律。这将对于企业在人才储备和人才选拔中具有指导意义。Highly effective teams are composed of talented members, who have the skill and ability to realize the teams aim and can play their team roles well. Besides, they must trust each other, work together and can fulfill the task excellently. This paper conducted research on employees of different kinds of enterprises. By studying the data, a general rule on team roles was abtained, which will help corporations to reserve and choose talented employees.
