驻苏丹维和部队二级医院眼病诊疗分析  

Analysis on diagnosis and treatment of eye disease in level Ⅱ hospital of United Nation peacekeepers in Sudan (Wau)

摘　　要：目的综合分析驻苏丹(瓦乌)联合国维和部队二级医院眼科诊疗情况(2007.9～2008.4)。方法调用7个月的眼科门诊病历,分析患者眼病的分布、种类及诊疗特点。结果在7个月内诊治患者72例,分属战区出兵国部队、司令部人员、国际与当地雇员、志愿者、民事警察、以及部分苏丹当地人员等。其中,眼外伤20例,占28%;眼部感染性疾病20例,占28%。均认真书写病历文书,并给以诊疗或后送。结论联合国驻苏丹瓦乌特派团二级医院,眼科设备有限。在诊疗工作中,必须结合患者分布及眼病特点,注意协调,认真诊疗,详实记录,从而圆满完成任务。Objective To summarize and analyze the diagnoses and treatments of eye diseases in level-Ⅱ hospital of the United Nations peacekeepers in Sudan （Wan）. Method The eye diseases analyses of distributions, varieties, and characteristics of diagnoses and treatments were made through the records of all the ophthalmic outpatients during seven months （2007.9-2008.4）. Results Seventy two cases had been diagnosed and treated. All the patients came from the contingents in the mission area, staff of the headquarters, international and local employee, volunteers, civilian policemen, and some local civilians, et al; there were 20 eye traumatic cases（28%）, 20 cases of infectious eye disease（28%）. All the documents of the cases were wilted carefully. All the patients were diagnosed, treated, or evacuated properly. Conclusion The ophthalmic instruments in level-Ⅱ hospital in the United Nations Mission in Sudan were limited. According to the distributions, varieties, and characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of the patients, it is noticed cooperating with other staff, diagnosing and treating the patients carefully, recording all the conditions of the patients during routine time, and so that to accomplish the work well in the mission area.
