摘　　要：利用自制的毛细管电泳－电化学安培检测装置，以铜电极为工作电极，在氢氧化钠介质中，分别对２种蜂蜜样品中的糖类化合物进行分离检测，结果满意。In this study the sugars in two honey samples were satisfactorily separated and detected by a home_made HPCE_EC set with a 300 μm copper electrode as a work electrode in 005 mol/L HaOH medium.It is proved that this method is much better than HPLC method in terms of sugar quantification.
