从美国次贷危机探视广东企业商业模式创新

摘　　要：美国次贷危机对广东企业特别是出口的中小企业产生了很大的影响,透过次贷危机影响的背后,分析广东企业存在的关键问题,提出加快广东产业结构调整,快速提升产业技术原创力是增强经济持续增长动力和竞争力的关键。并就如何提升广东产业在国际产业链中的层次,提出根源性的阻碍并不来自企业的业务领域、产品、人才或资源等物质性因素,而来自领导者的商业观念。以顾客价值而不是以企业为出发点,以整体解决方案而不是产品来满足顾客价值的商业模式创新使企业有更多的机会能从容面对危机和走向成功。Based on the research about the structure of business mode,we analy echanism to business model innovation.We discuss the current economic development by carrying out the analysis and comparison on the level of Guangdong Industry and the authorized patent applications in Guangdong.Then,we discuss the influenction to industry structure and other macro environment factors.Based on the structure character of business model innovation,the article divided it into several types.We bring forward several basic hypotheses to be the theory foundation for more studying,policy for mulating and innovation practicing.
