摘 要:试验选取1日龄朝鲜龙城鹌鹑108只,研究小麦-豆粕型基础日粮添加木聚糖酶对鹌鹑生长性能及免疫性能的影响。试验鹌鹑按体重随机分为3个处理组,每个处理设3个重复,每重复12只。第1组设为对照,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮;第2组饲喂小麦-豆粕型基础日粮;第3组在小麦-豆粕型日粮中添加2000U/kg的木聚糖酶,试验期42d。结果表明:小麦日粮对育雏期(0-21日龄)鹌鹑生长性能无显著影响(P〉0.05),但是显著降低育成期(22-42日龄)鹌鹑的体重和日增重(P〈0.05)。小麦日粮中添加木聚糖酶2000U/kg,对鹌鹑的生长性能无显著影响(P〉0.05)。小麦日粮组的新城疫抗体效价显著低于玉米对照组(P〈0.05),但是小麦日粮可以显著提高细胞免疫水平(P〈0.05)。添加木聚糖酶对鹌鹑的免疫性能无显著影响(P〉0.05)。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of xylanase added in wheat-basal diet on growth performance and immune properties of quails. A total of 1081-day-old quails were randomly assigned to three groups with 3 replicates of 12 quails each. Birds in the control group were supplied with corn-basal diet, the second group was supplied with wheat-basal diet and the third group was supplied with the same diet added xylanase. The experiment last for 42 days. The result showed that (1) Wheat -basal diet had no significant effect during 0-21 d, but could obviously decrease body weight and average daily intake of quails (P 〈 0.05); (2)Wheat diet added 2000 U/kg xylanase had no significant effect on growth performance of quails (P 〉 0.05); (3)in the NDV HI antibody titers in the were significantly lower than those of control group (P 〈 0.05), but cell-mediated immunity of quails was increased (P 〈 0.05); (5)Wheat- basal diet added xylanase had no significant effect on immunity of quails(P 〉 0.05).
